The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double,1 twin and a cot, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has a double sofa bed located in the games Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

Booking was so easy, the information given was exellent and prompt. Could have saved a fortune on park tickets because the kids just wanted to stay in the pool at the villa!!! Saving up now and hope to return in 2012. I normally like to try different places for holiday and never go to the same place twice, this will be the one exception no where else will live up to Lake Berkley. Thank you for a fabulous holiday and some very happy memories."
