Our beautiful, privately owned, holiday villa situated in the pretty rural urbanisation of La Marina just 20 minutes from Alicante Airport can comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Villa Details
The 3 bed, 2 storey villa with a large rooftop solarium is an excellent holiday home. There is off road parking and a large communal pool with childrens pool less than a minute walk from the villa. The large roof top terrace affords lovely views of the mountains and the sea and is perfect for sun lovers.

Local Area
Five minutes from beautiful unspoilt sandy beaches (all blue flag) backed by a lovely expanse of pine trees, close to all amenities, there is a shopping area with restaurants, bars, banks, pharmacy, taxi rank, bus stops and supermarkets.
