Alicante region apartment rental details

Property Description
A really lovely two bedroomed 1st floor south facing end of row apartment that sleeps up to 4 persons. It has a very private roof top solarium complete with sun canopy to assist in keeping cool during the hot summer season. There are beautiful views out over the town of Guardamar and surrounding area. There is a balcony off the lounge/dining room area, which also has a sun canopy and table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals alfresco. The property has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds.The kitchen is completely independant with a separate door between the rooms. The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge / freezer, washing machine, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, iron and ironing board along with all the neccessary utensils and crockery for four people, plus those little extras to make it a home from home.There is a good size lounge and dining area fitted with modern furniture - including two double seat settees, a dining table and 4 chairs. Ceiling fans are fitted in both the bedrooms. The apartment is kept clean and tidy at all times and made welcome ahead of visitors. Prices quoted are for the weekly / daily use of the apartment up to max of 4 people. Prices include an end of stay cleaning fee. The ONLY additional fee may be the requested use of the air conditioning, arranged via the owner.

The private roof top solarium has a table and chairs and 2 sun loungers and a full size sun canopy. There is a CD player and satelite TV in the apartment. Ceiling fans are fitted in both the bedrooms.

Car hire would be an advantage in enjoying the facilities that the Costa Blanca has to offer, this location is an ideal one from which to explore the coastline. Taxis are available from Alicanti airport and charge in the region of 35 euro each way (please confirm at the time of booking as charges may well vary) TV reception is via the community sky dish and recieves a good range of UK channels though not sky sport live football channels.There are internet facilities available via a local outlet just a few minutes away. Beach towels are NOT included, though apartment towels and all linen required for 4 people is within the hire charge. Picnic set and beach umbrella are also available. Fixed convector heaters available for long term / winter lets. Please see the note in extras regarding use of the air con. There are exterior quality tables and chairs supplied on both balconies for your use and enjoyment.

member says: "We had stayed here in Aug 08 and had such a great time went back again this year Aug 09. Everything you need to make a perfect holiday is available, its well equiped, pool very close by with sunbeds if you need them, shopping within 5 min car journey, and if your up for a walk you can use the short cut footpaths and get there walking in 15min and the veriety of shops english and local are very good with two supermarkets and just a little further afield about 9-10mins by car is an english Iceland and very cheap! We would reccomend use of a car. We will definatly be going back and would reccomend to everyone. Many thanks to Mike and Mary for their hospitality and allowing us to rent their property.
